Josh Phillips

Co-Founder and CEO

A serial entrepreneur specialising in human-centric AI solutions for leadership and teams, Josh’s professional experience spans climate finance, international development, and engineering. Bringing a multidisciplinary approach to technological innovation, Josh bridges the gap between AI advancement and organisational development. He holds a B.Eng. (Civil) from UniSQ and lives in Brisbane with his young family. Josh is also a runner and climber, recently setting his half marathon PR of 1:28:41.

Lachlan Nicolson

Co-Founder and Operations

A small business coach with over 8 years of experience, Lachy helps Aussie business owners grow and thrive without burning out. As a marketing professional, his expertise is in product design, strategic messaging, sales, and automation. Lachy is also the Co-Founder and Director of Waymaker Finance, a financial coaching and mortgage broking business. He’s also a podcast host and author. Lachy lives in Brisbane with his wife Larita.
